MLB.tv Rounds the Bases With PS3 Support

Starting today, PlayStation 3 owners will be able to see Major League Baseball in HD with a subscription to MLB.tv, an offer that I will probably succumb, as the season heats up.
In partnership with Sony in the hand, is in fact a drawn MLB Netflix. The service is at least one device for each screen: is the iPhone for mobile phones, the IPAD tablet, PS3, Roku and Boxee for television and of course the computer, where it all began. MLB course get the idea that the more devices you have, the more attractive the service.
Other sports are catching on. Earlier this week, boxing, but I support the streaming of National Hockey League. The NBA is moving a bit "slow, Highlights, Playoffs Roku box to have, but it is a start. I'm not sure what the NFL to get live streaming on many platforms. I hope that the sums over other sports will now agree MLB/PS3 important to wake up and realize that is what people want.
This does not mean MLB plan is perfect. Blackout restrictions apply to all games, so you can not see your favorite team, if you live in the same market. It's all for contracts between local broadcasters and the league, but I do not know a single baseball fan who thinks this is a good idea. Fortunately, I'm a Yankee fan in Los Angeles.
Also, what is the problem with the store $ 15 for the iPhone and applications IPAD MLB, and then the release of a new application each year will cost more money? None of the other platforms cents tasted, and I thought of $ 120 per year subscription MLB.tv sufficient to dispose of the applications for free.
Complaints aside, was the baseball, the blind spot in my desire to have enough fun without wires. I will probably burst when the drops of $ 25 monthly price lower than the cost of annual subscription.
