CONFIRMED: Details of Wii’s new Zelda title
Source: http://www.thegamingvault.com/2010/06/confirmed-details-of-wiis-new-zelda-title/
24 hours before E3 officially begins in 2010, and we are already making news!
For you fans of Zelda, we leaked some details about the latest addition to the series 24 years old, and I for one am very excited for this game. As a die hard fan of Zelda, since I could hold a NES controller, I can say that this seems to be on the show to one of the most important games. Read on to discover some gameplay changes to the series, as well as what appears to the official title of the game!
What we know so far is that the official title is ... Get ready for ...
The Legend of Zelda
No subtitles. Exactly. This is The Legend of Zelda. It means that this is a remake or a remake of the original title? We're still not sure, but we are sure that Nintendo will be providing that information in the coming days of E3 2010th
Regarding the setting of the game, we were advised that instead of one hundred years before the events of Ocarina of Time. The only other detail that we can be found on the actual action of the game so far is that this book explains the creation of a master sword in any form. Not sure if this means that you can testify to the Master Sword is forged or not, but at least we have to know how (and why) has been done, and perhaps those who had arranged for the legendary blade.
The young fairy who we saw in concept art official seems to play an important role to play. His name seems to be Zordiana, but we're not quite sure what his role is not yet. It may be a replacement or the counterparty to Princess Zelda, or they could be the new ships. What we know is that it should certainly be something to an important point for the story.
We are also learning a new game mechanics. It is said that The Legend of Zelda will use the Wii Motion Plus (for the uninitiated, this is an add-on for your Wii-mote, which improves the accuracy of the motion controller for some titles). Currently we are not sure what everyone is using this add-on, however. Currently it seems that the Wii Motion Plus not Hookshot
Speaking of the Hookshot, it seems that your favorite item now, additional capabilities. I'm not sure if we dual-armed Hookshot as in Twilight Princess (seriously made that for one of my favorite bosses of all time), but we can swing to 'your Hookshot to know a little, "such as grippers Wind Waker. I can only imagine what this will mean for the new battle mechanics.
Another change in the series, which will add a whole new level, the proposal for the overworld, is that prisons not only the parts of the game you walk into the office and a new area. The Legend of Zelda off will now be almost like a free-roaming game, which is given to the overworld. You will not notice significant step when you go into a prison. The screen is not Fade to Black, and a surprisingly large space is not to load on a small area in the upper world, as we are used to from the previous tracks.
In addition, in view of the dungeon, some dungeons no bosses. And the other side of the coin, some managers have not dungeons. That's right, some bosses may ultimately be what is considered normal overworld fought. Perhaps the fight is in a city. Right now my mind is running wild idea of the possibility of something like this, and now I wonder what would be Bongo Bongo in Kakariko been fighting, as a link before the attacks.
Also, what may seem like a U-turn to the series, the addition of many difficulties. Obviously this was a decision against the will of Miyamoto. It is not surprising that he did not want that. He never did have. Why should he do? It seems that Nintendo is missing that appeal to more hardcore gamers. Or at least, Zelda veterans. What we know is this feature that a normal mode, and then a kind of hero. Hero Mode feature will be difficult opponents, and the absence of a "Super Guide". Do not know what the "Super Guide" is, or what we see other differences between the two problems (maybe prison factory Master Quest), but be prepared for a challenge.
Now the big question is: "Is that all right?" Sure, I'm a little "skeptical of these rumors. I'm totally new to the series in one direction, and makes a big decision against the will of Miyamoto seems a very bold move by Nintendo. Many changes are completely unknown, but maybe it's time, Nintendo made changes to an otherwise stale formula.
Remember that these are only rumors. The next thing that we have a confirmation is an interesting account consists of some extensive research by Damir Halilović, writer for Zelda Informer.
Make sure you keep us bookmarked for the next day when we bring you all the latest news from the E3 2010th We confirm (or deny even!) These items for the next day of the event! Stay tuned!
