Sony Updates PS3 Firmware To 3.30, Adds 3D TV Support But Removes Your Rights
The PS3 firmware debacle continues. Last week we talked about the license agreement that you do things like remove the Sony "Other OS" option on your PS3 and fat can be possible by tedious processes. new update this week is the firmware version 3.30, apparently just to add 3D support for 3D HDTV. But it seems that to bring the new part of the contract, many concerned that Sony will update with the console.
Version 1.4 EULA contains a line where you can 'services will be provided automatically without notice if you are online. " In other words, you could surf the PSN, Sony, and download and install a firmware update without your knowledge. And they are absolutely entitled to do so.
